Hosting Coffee Time after worship is simple and a wonderful way to nurture our community!
This information is also posted in the Workroom (the small kitchen area near the handicapped bathroom)
Duties
- Make coffee
- Bring snacks (see below for specifics)
- Place drinks & snacks on tables outside sanctuary
- Wash & dry dishes & coffee pots
- Wipe off tables outside sanctuary & in Steele Commons
- Vacuum & take out the trash
Snacks
- Please bring another drink option such as iced tea or punch. (If you forget, there’s powdered lemonade you can make in the workroom!)
- Snacks can be homemade or store bought (fancy food not needed!!)
- A gluten free option is appreciated
- A combo of sweet and savory (like cookies and gold fish) is appreciated
- A fruit or veg option is appreciated
Coffee Recipes
Basic – 1 Tablespoon of ground coffee to 1 cup of water
12-Cup Coffee Maker – 3/4 of a Cup of ground coffee to 12 cups of water
40-Cup Coffee Maker – 1 1/4 of a Cup of ground coffee to 30 cups of water
